Nut Roast
A selection of freshly sautéed vegetables including peppers, celery, onion and grated carrot in a chunky tomato sauce with herbs and spices. It is then mixed with fresh breadcrumbs, chopped nuts and oven roasted.

Smoked salmon layered with sliced potato, spinach, leek and topped with fresh cream and cheese. Baked in the oven
